Senior Finance Manager | High-growth SaaS | Immediate start
London | Hybrid | £70,000 – £80,000 + bonus and Equity
I’m currently partnering with an exciting, high-growth SaaS business. Led by an impressive leadership team, they’re now looking for a Senior Finance Manager to own core finance operations and help build a best-in-class function as the company continues to scale.
Reporting directly to the CFO, the Senior Finance Manager will take full ownership of the finance function. This is a broad and high-impact role, combining technical rigour with commercial responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and the production of board packs
- Lead forecasting, budgeting, and financial modelling processes across the business
- Own cash flow management, working capital forecasting, and scenario planning
- Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, pricing, and growth strategy
- Manage the preparation of investor reports, SaaS KPIs, and support due diligence processes
- Implement scalable financial processes and systems to support international growth
What we’re looking for:
- 2–4 years’ experience in finance ops, ideally in SaaS or tech
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards and compliance
- Hands-on, process-driven, and tech-savvy
- Comfortable balancing detail with big-picture thinking
