Key Responsibilities
- Operational Finance Delivery
- Completion of monthly management accounts alongside the Finance Director
- Ensure accurate reporting of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow

- Supervise transactional finance (AP/AR/payroll) and month-end close processes
- Strengthen Financial Controls & Compliance

- Ensure VAT, tax, and regulatory compliance
- Monitor and mitigate financial risks

- Prepare detailed financial analysis to drive decision-making
