Salary is £65,000 per annum, plus bonus & benefits – role will be an initial 18 month fixed term contract.

Reporting Analyst with Workday experience required for a leading organisation that is progressing through an impressive transformation programme. Within the role, you will play a key role in the delivery of reporting across Workday HCM, FINS & PSA. The role will focus on the design, build, testing and support of Workday reports, working in conjunction with functional and technical teams.

This is an ideal role for an individual with strong hands-on Workday reporting experience who enjoys translating business requirements into accurate, secure & user-friendly reports.

The main responsibilities of the role:

  • Core areas of: Reporting Design & Build, Requirements & Stakeholder Support, Testing & Validation, Security & Data Integrity, Documentation & Knowledge Transfer.
  • Design, build & maintain Workday reports across HCM, FINS & PSA (Advanced reports, Matrix reports & composite reports).
  • Support reporting requirements gathering with business stakeholders.
  • Translate functional requirements into effective reporting solutions.
  • Support report testing activities including unit testing, system testing & UAT.
