Currently we are hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) to join the interim public sector team. In particular, we are looking for people who are experienced in recruiting for HR professionals or Finance (qualified) within the Non-profit/Charity and Higher education space.

The person: This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in interim/contract recruiting within the public sector. Culture is a big part of working here so we look for the following qualities:
- Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates
- Ideally, you will have 2 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience.
