Company Overview
You will be joining a well-established and rapidly growing Technology business as their Receptionist on a full-time, permanent basis. Part of a close-knit team of 4 including two Executive Assistants, you will report directly into the Office Manager who will be there to support you from day one. Based in their incredibly modern Central London office 5 days a week, you will be close to multiple transport links and top restaurants.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests, managing check-in processes, notifying relevant team members of guest arrivals, handling visitor badges following security procedures, offering refreshments to guests, maintaining a tidy/professional reception area, overseeing daily meeting room booking, ordering catering for meetings, preparing rooms with necessary supplies, ensuring meeting rooms are tidied and reset after each meeting or event, following office close-down processes at the end of the day and refreshing/restocking office and kitchen supplies throughout the day.
Role Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have prior experience in a similar role, ideally in a professional/corporate environment. You will be a personable, enthusiastic, proactive and engaging individual who can work well in a team environment. You will have a professional approach and be confident liaising with senior stakeholders across the business. You will be competent with the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to £30,000 (depending on experience) + benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be joining a high-performing, supportive and welcoming team who will be there to assist you with your transition into the business and continued learning/development.
