Project Manager – Business Change/Improvement – London/Flexible We are supporting a high-profile organisation in the regulatory sector in their search for an experienced Project Manager to deliver strategically critical transformation and change projects. You\’ll be joining a fast-moving environment with complex programmes of work already underway, where stakeholder collaboration, structure, and clarity are key. The role will be 1 day a week minimum in the office in London, the rest from home. This role will suit someone with proven delivery experience across complex, multi-stakeholder programmes. You will ideally have experience in a regulated, policy-driven, or government environment. You\’ll be managing multiple concurrent projects within a wider transformation and compliance portfolio. You will be expected to operate autonomously while collaborating across teams, including Business Change Managers, Business Design Leads, and senior programme stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage full project documentation including plans, RAID logs, roadmaps, governance packs. Lead cross-functional delivery within a structured governance framework. Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders including PowerPoint presentations. Identify scope changes and support decision-making in ambiguous or evolving environments. Oversee financials, forecasts, and resourcing models. Deliver under time pressure – working across 3+ concurrent urgent workstreams. Operate within a regulated, policy-rich landscape, ensuring projects meet compliance standards. Experience Required: Solid track record delivering end-to-end projects within regulated or public sector environments. Experience managing complex portfolios with multiple stakeholders and shifting priorities. Familiar with governance processes, project life cycles, and compliance requirements. Strong communication and stakeholder management – you should be able to cut through the noise. Able to quickly understand detailed policy or regulatory context. Strong documentation and presentation skills – able to clearly articulate plans, progress, and outcomes. Salary: This role is paying a day rate of £550/day inside IR35. Duration: The duration of this contract will run for 6 months initially, with high likelihood of extension to 12 months
