Join our clients team as a Procurement Manager, where you will lead category strategies, optimise costs, and manage supplier relationships to deliver value and quality. Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will oversee the end-to-end procurement process, from market research and tendering to contract management and supplier performance evaluation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute category strategies for procurement.
  • Lead sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations.
  • Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with KPIs.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align procurement strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in category management within construction, hard FM, or real estate.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement techniques, contract drafting, and supplier management.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
  • Degree in a technical, commercial, or business discipline (desirable).

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 plus bonus (looking for junior & mid-senior candidates).

Location: London, England, United Kingdom.

Hybrid working: 3 days on site.
