- Lead and manage procurement activities across major infrastructure programmes
- Provide expert guidance on NEC4 contracts (particularly ECC, PSC, and TSC)
- Prepare, issue, and manage tender documentation and processes
- Lead tender evaluation, negotiation, and contract award processes
- Develop procurement strategies aligned to client objectives and market conditions
- Engage with suppliers, stakeholders, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery
- Support contract management and administration post-award, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
- Ensure compliance with relevant procurement legislation (e.g., PCR 2015) and internal policies
- Provide risk analysis, commercial insights, and market intelligence
- Contribute to business development and best practice within the practice
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years\β experience in procurement roles within the infrastructure, construction, or engineering consultancy sectors
- Proven track record of managing procurement for large-scale capital projects, ideally over Β£10m
- In-depth experience with NEC4 contracts β preparation, negotiation, and administration
- Strong understanding of tendering processes, including technical and commercial evaluation
- Knowledge of UK public procurement regulations (PCR 2015 and/or UCR 2016)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
