Power Platform Engineer
We’re looking for a dynamic Power Platform Engineer to join a team and take ownership of implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the Microsoft Power Platform solutions. Sitting at the heart of their Microsoft 365 ecosystem, this is a key role that combines technical expertise with a strategic mindset.
You’ll work closely with the AI & Automation Engineer to support existing systems, shape the technology roadmap, and bring innovative solutions to life. As you grow in the role, you’ll become the go-to expert and driver of improvement across the Power Platform estate.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain PowerApps and other Power Platform solutions within our Microsoft 365 environment.
- Champion automation—identifying ways to streamline manual processes and increase efficiency.
- Integrate workflows and data across Microsoft 365, Azure AI services, and third-party systems using REST APIs.
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert for all things Power Platform and Microsoft 365.
- Maintain and optimise existing Power Automate workflows to meet evolving business needs.
- Lead the integration of third-party APIs such as Oracle NetSuite to boost operational efficiency.
- Own Power Platform projects end-to-end—from discovery and definition through to testing and deployment.
- Establish and enforce governance, security, and compliance best practices for Power Platform solutions.
- Design scalable, maintainable technical solutions based on stakeholder needs.
Experience required
- A proactive problem-solver with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Experience with PowerApps, Power Automate, and familiarity with Power BI.
- Understanding of Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft 365 integration.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Comfortable working independently from concept to deployment.
- Demonstrated ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and deliver value.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working with a variety of stakeholders.
