Investigo is partnering with a global leader within the online gaming, betting and entertainment industry on the appointment of a People Change Partner to support a large-scale global Finance transformation programme. The business is currently delivering a major transformation initiative focused on implementing a global finance system, standardising finance processes and reshaping the future operating model across the organisation.

This role will sit within the people transformation team, supporting the delivery of the people side of change across a fast-paced and evolving environment.

As People Change Partner, you will play a key role supporting organisational change and workforce transformation activity across the wider Finance transformation programme. This role focuses specifically on the people side of change rather than technical systems implementation. You will work closely with HR, Finance leaders and transformation teams to support employees and leaders through organisational change, new ways of working and workforce impacts linked to the transformation programme.

Key Requirements

  • Experience supporting transformation, restructuring or operating model change
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capability
  • Ability to operate effectively within ambiguity and evolving environments
  • Resilience and confidence managing people-facing change activity
  • Strong communication and engagement skills
  • A collaborative and pragmatic approach to delivery
  • Experience working across matrix organisations and multiple stakeholder groups
