Part-Time Business Analyst – Operational Change

A leading not-for-profit charity clinic in Edinburgh is seeking a Part-Time Business Analyst to support the rollout of a new operating model. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone with a background in operational improvement and change management.

You\’ll work closely with the clinic\’s management team to assess current operations, identify gaps, and help drive a cultural shift in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Support the design and implementation of a new operating model.
