Operations Principal with Consultancy experience required for a rapidly growing organisation based in Central London. Within the role you will play a key role in ensuring the successful running of the organisation, looking at processes, systems, and policies to ensure the organisation is running as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Experience with workflows and process improvement, along with stakeholder management experience, is critical for this role. Ideally, you will be an ambitious consultancy professional that is keen to make a real difference in an organisation that is making its mark in the technology, data, and digital sector.
This is a generalist role with aspects of technical solution design, strategic thinking & planning, and team communication/management.
Further information about the role:
- The majority of the role will involve identifying and eliminating operational efficiencies.
- Drafting technical specifications for automation experts.
- Documenting policy changes and aligning with departments on new workflows.
- Designing and troubleshooting the processes by which external partners experience when interacting with the business.
