The Role
You will play a key role in supporting day-to-day finance operations across a central sales division that interacts with multiple areas of the wider group. Key Responsibilities
- Finance Operations
- Raising and issuing invoices within a centralised billing function
- Managing supplier, customer, and intercompany invoicing
- Supporting accounts receivable, including cash collection activities
- Assisting with accounts payable processes
- Performing reconciliations (bank, customer, supplier, intercompany)
- Central Sales & Customer Support
- Supporting a central sales finance team that interacts with multiple business units
- Helping streamline financial processes to improve overall customer experience
- Managing financial elements of work orders, purchase orders, and billing cycles
- Systems & Controls
- Using a cloud-based finance system for daily operations
- Maintaining accurate customer and supplier records
