Responsibilities at a Glance
- AI & Automation Champion: Drive AI adoption (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to revolutionise reporting, streamline data, and train the team.
- Financial Planning: Own forecasts, budgets, and three-statement financial models.
- Investor Reporting: Deliver board packs, KPIs, M&A analysis, and covenant reporting to PE investor standards.
- Data & Systems: Automate reporting workflows, strengthen data flows, and ensure contract-level P&L visibility.
- Commercial Analysis: Drive actionable insights on contract performance, margin trends, and customer retention.
- Team Leadership: Mentor finance staff in AI tools, financial modelling, and integrating systems.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 3–5 years in FP&A or similar.
- Proven experience with AI tools (Claude, Copilot) in finance workflows.
- Technical skills in financial modelling, Sage, and field service systems like Simpro.
- A proactive, adaptive, and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and commercial curiosity.
