We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a dynamic and fast-paced organisation within the Supply Chain function. Based out of Milton Keynes with flexible hybrid working, this role offers excellent potential to make a significant business impact while being part of a supportive and forward-thinking team.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to the Supply Chain leadership team, translating financial insights into actionable business strategies.
- Collaborate to influence and challenge decision-making, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
- Provide detailed financial analysis, cost modelling, and forecasting to optimise operational performance and supply chain efficiency.
- Manage the preparation and presentation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Drive key business initiatives, including cost-saving projects, process improvements, and value-added analyses.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to provide meaningful financial guidance and insights.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, governance policies, and external regulations.
Key Skills & Experience
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is essential.
- Proven track record in a Finance Business Partnering role, ideally within the Supply Chain or Operations sector.
- Strong financial modelling, analytical, and forecasting skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- A commercial mindset and the initiative to identify business opportunities or risks.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in Excel.
