We're supporting a large, established organisation with the appointment of a Finance Process & Controls Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied leadership role within a busy finance function, combining team management, financial control, process ownership and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Leading and developing a small finance team
- Overseeing key month-end and financial reporting activities
- Maintaining robust financial controls and compliance procedures
- Managing accounting processes across multiple business areas
- Supporting audits and statutory reporting requirements
- Identifying opportunities to improve, simplify and automate processes
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Helping the team navigate ongoing change and transformation initiatives
About You
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Strong financial control and reporting experience
- Previous leadership or team management experience
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset
