Overview
As Machine Learning Engineer you will design, train, and optimise models for user personalisation within a business-critical programme at a leading consultancy. You will build scalable data pipelines, deploy models to production, and lead experiments to drive continuous improvement. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll align ML initiatives with business goals and explore cutting-edge research for potential integration. This role offers impact through improving recommendations, segmentation, and content analysis in a dynamic client-facing environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, train and optimise ML models for personalisation (recommendation engines, ranking, segmentation, content analysis)
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines for feature engineering and model training on large-scale structured and unstructured data
- Deploy, monitor and maintain ML models in production ensuring availability and performance
- Lead A/B tests and offline experiments to evaluate model efficacy and drive improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ML work with business objectives and user needs
- Research emerging ML and deep learning methods for potential integration into existing systems
