What you’ll be doing:
- Owning the Business Planning & Forecasting cycle, partnering across Finance and Operations.
- Building and enhancing financial models to support long-term planning and scenario analysis.
- Leading new site modelling — evaluating viability, projecting performance, and supporting investment decisions.
- Providing clear, actionable analysis to senior stakeholders to support commercial decision-making.
- Monitoring performance against plan, identifying risks, opportunities, and trends.
- Driving continuous improvement across reporting, modelling, and planning processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Strong FP&A or commercial finance experience, ideally in a multi-site or retail environment.
- Excellent financial modelling skills (Excel/Sheets) with the ability to build from scratch.
- Confident communicator who can simplify complex data for non-finance stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with strong business acumen and curiosity.
- Part-qualified, qualified, or QBE—what matters most is capability and impact.
