The Role:

As a VAT Associate, you’ll work across a broad range of high‑quality matters, including:

  • Advisory relationships - supporting and developing long‑term client partnerships
  • Complex transactions - assisting on high‑value corporate, financing, real estate and fund deals
  • Disputes support - contributing to litigation and contentious VAT matters
  • Team development - coaching trainees and junior associates

You’ll be given meaningful responsibility early, visibility with senior stakeholders, and the chance to shape the continued growth of the VAT practice.

The Candidate:

My client is seeking an entrepreneurial VAT professional who is ready to make an impact. You will bring:

  • 5+ years’ VAT experience within a leading tax advisory practice
  • Manager or Senior Manager level experience in a Big 4 or equivalent
  • Strong academics (minimum 2:1 degree)
  • A personable, adaptable and self‑motivated approach
  • The ability to spot and drive new business opportunities
