Overview
In this role you will support a service-led transformation by migrating and structuring customer data from Dynamics CRM into ServiceNow CSM. You’ll work on data governance and journey optimization to shorten delivery times for customer requirements. You will influence data strategy and manage complex customer relationship hierarchies to enable faster, compliant data-driven decisions. This position requires SC clearance and a focus on GDPR awareness, with emphasis on cross-functional collaboration to improve the customer journey.
Responsibilities
- Migrate data from Dynamics CRM to ServiceNow CSM
- Structure and govern customer data (accounts, customers, users, and super users) in the ServiceNow environment
- Analyze and optimize complex hierarchies of customer relationships
- Influence data strategy and data governance practices
- Support improvements to the customer journey and reduce delivery times
- Ensure GDPR awareness and compliance in data handling
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align data initiatives with business goals
Key requirements
- SC clearance
