Role Overview
As SVP Technology Operations & Cloud Services, you will take ownership of the business's global technology operations, shaping a resilient, scalable and highly disciplined service environment that underpins the business’s continued growth. Reporting to the CTO, you will lead end-to-end operational excellence across infrastructure, cloud platforms and service management, bringing clarity, control and consistency to a complex, distributed technology estate. Leading a globally distributed leadership team, you will instil strong accountability across internal teams and managed service partners, ensuring clear ownership of service health and operational outcomes. This is a high-impact executive role, requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on leadership, with direct influence on platform resilience, customer trust and the overall performance of the business.
Key Requirements
