Operating within diverse real assets, the business is continuing to grow and invest and is looking to hire a new qualified FP&A Manager to strengthen its financial planning capability. With a focus on data-driven decision-making, this is an exciting time to join the business.
The Role
As the FP&A Manager, you will play a vital role in the strategic financial management of the European business. Based in the London office, you will partner closely with finance, accounting, and systems teams to deliver high-quality financial insights, forecasts, and KPI reporting. You will act as a system superuser, supporting the wider finance team. The role combines financial analysis with stakeholder engagement, owning the forecasting and reporting processes and supporting the FP&A Director closely.
Requirements
- You will be a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or ACA) with a strong accounting foundation and proven FP&A experience in a fast-paced, international environment.
- Experience within the property/real-estate sector is desirable, not essential.
- You will also be a confident user of Anaplan and Excel as well as the ERP systems and reporting tools.
- This role requires strong communication skills with the ability to confidently partner and present complex financial data to senior stakeholders.
