Overview
In this role you will deliver specialist SAP HCM Payroll expertise across project delivery and live support. You will support UK and Canadian payroll regimes, including compliance, tax, and year-end processing, ensuring accurate, customer-focused solutions. You will work with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA HCM to design and support payroll configuration and interfaces. The position involves collaborating with stakeholders, with occasional travel to Derby, and contributing to integrations with external systems. This opportunity offers hands-on impact on payroll operations and system integration in a dynamic SAP environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide SAP HCM Payroll project delivery and live support
- Configure and support UK and Canadian payroll processes, including tax and statutory compliance
- Develop and maintain payroll schemas and PCR logic
- Utilize SAP HCM components: ECC, S/4HANA HCM, Time Management, PA
- Integrate SAP Payroll with third-party vendors and external systems
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and work independently to deliver customer-focused solutions
Key requirements
- Strong SAP HCM Payroll experience across project delivery and live support
- Proven UK and Canadian payroll expertise including legislation, deductions, reporting, and year-end processing
- Hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, SAP ECC, and SAP S/4HANA HCM experience
- Experience with Time Management and Personnel Administration (PA) in SAP
- Solid payroll configuration background, including PCR and schema development
- Experience integrating SAP Payroll with third-party vendors and external systems
- Broader SAP knowledge across Workflow, ABAP, BASIS, Security, and Integration (desirable)
- Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
