About the Role

My client is looking for an experienced FM Procurement Manager to drive strategic sourcing and procurement across Integrated Facilities Management services for client accounts. You will lead supplier relationships, manage cost-saving initiatives, ensure compliance, and collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver effective procurement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic sourcing for FM services, managing RFPs, negotiations, and savings targets.
  • Represent my client S&P in client meetings, ensuring clear communication and adherence to requirements.
  • Oversee procurement planning, contract management, risk compliance, and performance reporting.
  • Manage relationships with my client's preferred suppliers and monitor supplier performance.
  • Support account transitions, including supplier onboarding and sustainability initiatives.
  • Provide regular reporting on procurement activity, KPIs, and supplier performance.
  • Support training, adherence to S&P policies, and continuous process improvements.

  • 5-10 years in sourcing & procurement, ideally in FM services.
  • Strong knowledge of service contracts, supplier management, and strategic sourcing.
