- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, including experience hosting high-level consultations and workshops that inspire collaboration and consensus.
- A solid understanding of operating model transformations and organisational development, with a demonstrable commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
It would also be advantageous to have:
- Experience working within a complex, federated, organisational structure, and familiarity with the unique challenges and opportunities in the Higher Education or Public Sector.
This role offers an unparalleled opportunity to make a tangible, lasting impact on one of the world’s leading universities. By enabling smarter, more streamlined processes, you’ll ensure this organisation continues delivering world-class education while supporting an inclusive and sustainable community.
