Currently we are hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) with a background in Change & Transformation. The person:
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK working on an interim/contract desk. Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates is essential. Ideally, you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience. We're looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed. A growth mindset is important – looking to learn from senior and experienced recruiters in your team, staying curious and open to feedback. You want to be a part of a high performing agency that is culture led and values every single member of the team. You should have the ability to learn quickly and identify opportunities to improve processes.
