Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite. Office located near Liverpool Street. 4.5 day work week. Competitive basic salary + uncapped commission (up to 42.5%). Investigo is one of the brands under The IN Group, founded 23 years ago and has grown to a well-established brand with 20 specialisms. Currently, we are hiring for an experienced 360 recruiter (must have proven business development experience) with a background in Change & Transformation.

The person:
This role is suited to a recruitment consultant who has experience in the change and transformation markets across the UK working on an interim/contract desk. Clear and professional communication with clients and candidates is essential. Ideally, you will have 3 years or more of recruitment experience with proven business development experience. We are flexible on levelling based on experience. We're looking for ambitious people who are motivated to succeed.
