We’re looking for a hands-on Transformation PMO professional to support the build-out and centralisation of a growing Change function. This is a fast-paced role suited to someone who is comfortable rolling up their sleeves, bringing structure to ambiguity, and managing multiple initiatives across a complex transformation landscape.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Programme coordination
- Governance and reporting
- RAID management
- Stakeholder engagement, and ensuring consistent delivery standards across the portfolio.
The role will also support value tracking and benefits realisation, helping provide clear visibility of progress, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to senior leadership.
The ideal candidate will have:
