Organisational Development and Change Partner

6 Month Fixed Term Contract

Full Time - Hybrid - 2 days on site - London

Are you an experienced Organisational Development professional with a passion for driving meaningful change in complex environments? Have you managed, designed and delivered transformational change within the Public or Third Sector? Have you supported with Target Operating Model Change and Organisational Design?

This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a critical role in shaping the future of this organisation.

This role will be responsible for:

  • Leading organisational development and change initiatives, from design to delivery.
  • Collaborating with senior stakeholders to design and deliver solutions that drive engagement and culture change.
  • Supporting the leadership team through complex change, including restructuring and governance review.
  • Facilitating workshops, presenting to the board, and leading stakeholder engagement.
  • Driving innovative change strategies, ensuring they align with overall organisational goals.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate a broad range of HR/OD skills, most notably:

  • Proven specialist in organisational development, leadership and management development.
  • Exceptional facilitation and communication skills with a hands-on, adaptable approach.
  • Demonstrable experience with organisation design, supporting with the implementation of TOM change management, capability mapping, assessing change readiness and continuous improvement capability.
  • Resilience, adaptability and confidence operating in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Previous experience within the University sector beneficial but not necessary.
