Ensures that workstream activities are delivered on time in line with the plan.
Manage functional RAID with escalation and mitigation to programme RAID where required.
Facilitates a collaborative team working environment between all 3rd party suppliers throughout the project.
Ensures a common understanding across all key stakeholders of the project’s critical path and key decision points.
Supports creation and maintenance of the workstream project plans.
