I am supporting a local government organisation looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Architect to design and implement a new CRM platform. With seven entities operating under one structure, this role will build a unified Dynamics environment that supports efficient customer engagement and a seamless ticketing experience for events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end to end build of Microsoft Dynamics 365 across seven organisational entities.
- Design a scalable CRM architecture with tailored workflows, automations, and data structures.
- Develop or integrate a ticketing solution within Dynamics to support event creation, bookings, payments, and customer communications.
- Integrate Dynamics with websites and third‑party systems to ensure smooth data flow.
- Create dashboards and reporting tools for customer insights and event performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions and support adoption.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience building Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions from the ground up.
- Strong CRM architecture, customisation, and automation expertise.
- Experience with ticketing or event‑management systems within Dynamics.
- Proficiency with Power Platform tools.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
