You will be joining a very prestigious Insurance Broker as their Marketing & Communications Executive on a full-time, permanent basis. Working in a close-knit team of 2, reporting directly into the Head of Marketing & Communications. This role will be based in their brand new City of London office 3 days a week with the chance to work from home for the remaining 2 days.
Role Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating the website, coordinating page updates and content changes.
- Supporting website performance tracking/reporting.
- Designing and updating brochures/presentations/marketing collateral.
- Liaising with internal stakeholders to gather content.
- Managing version control/approvals.
- Scheduling content across LinkedIn and other approved social media channels.
- Supporting campaign planning and execution to promote the business' services.
- Tracking and reporting on website/social media performance and producing regular reports with clear summaries and recommendations.
- Creating and distributing internal communications to the wider group.
- Supporting engagement initiatives, internal campaigns and company updates.
- Creating marketing materials for conferences and client visits.
- Planning conferences and seminars and attending events to ensure smooth running and execution.
Role Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications role, ideally within a Professional Services or Corporate environment.
- Outstanding communication skills and experience managing websites and digital content.
- Familiarity with social media management.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Confident working with multiple stakeholders.
- A proactive, self-motivated and adaptable individual who works well under pressure.
In Return
You will receive an annual salary of up to Β£35,000 + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be joining a very well-established and highly regarded Insurance firm that can provide impressive career progression opportunities for the future. You will be part of a close-knit, high-performing and supportive team who will be there to support your transition into the business from day one. You will be based in their very modern and brand new London office 3 days a week, with the chance to work from home for the remaining 2 days, in line with the firm's hybrid working model.
