You will be joining a global technology and entertainment business as their Consumer Market Insights Senior Manager on a full-time, permanent basis. Working across the Brand and Insights team, this is a newly created role reporting directly into the Chief Brand Officer. Based in their very modern and luxurious Central London office 3 days a week, you will have the option to work from home for the remaining 2 days.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead continuous understanding of consumers and the cultural context shaping category behaviour.
- Define target audience frameworks and build brand personas.
- Monitor cultural signals, competitive dynamics, and consumer shifts.
- Translate brand performance data into clear, prioritised growth levers.
- Synthesise multiple data sources and act as a proactive thought partner to Brand, Media, Digital, and Markets.
- Define and manage a holistic measurement ecosystem including brand tracking, campaign effectiveness, and Marketing Mix Modelling.
- Create systems for insights to flow across the market, applied consistently, and visibly shape the brand strategy and execution.
Role Requirements
- 10-15 years of experience in Consumer & Market Insight with a clear track record of business impact.
- Strong client-side experience and proven delivery across multiple international markets.
- Comfortable operating across cultural and organisational boundaries.
- Track record of influencing senior stakeholders.
- Ability to operate as a true business partner, challenging decisions and bringing the consumer perspective into discussions.
- Strong communication skills, including executive-level storytelling and simplifying complex analysis for non-research audiences.
