We are seeking an experienced Java Developer to join a greenfield project building a cloud-ready application for a leading financial services organization. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-impact system within a mission-critical environment.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop Java-based microservices for a greenfield application.
- Work with on-prem infrastructure while ensuring future cloud compatibility.
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to deliver scalable, secure solutions.
- Integrate with enterprise systems and messaging platforms.
- Java (latest versions) β strong hands-on development experience.
- Microservices architecture β design and implementation.
- Oracle Database β schema design, performance tuning.
- Apache Kafka β event-driven architecture and messaging.
- Experience with on-prem deployments and cloud-ready design principles.
- Spring Boot / Spring Cloud
- RESTful APIs
- Docker / Kubernetes (for containerization and orchestration)
- CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, or similar)
- Monitoring & Logging (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack)
- Testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Financial services experience is highly desirable, particularly in regulated environments.
