Overview
In this role you will design and deliver the future-state cloud and infrastructure landscape within a major transformation programme. You will collaborate across organisations and tech teams to drive cloud adoption, migration, and platform consolidation, ensuring scalable, secure, and resilient solutions aligned to the operating model and business strategy. You will shape end-to-end infrastructure architecture under a large-scale change programme, delivering value through modernisation and consolidation. This position offers substantial impact in a security‑focused, transformation-driven environment.

- Lead design and delivery of future-state cloud and infrastructure architecture
- Drive infrastructure modernisation, cloud adoption, migration and platform consolidation
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and resilient
- Align architecture with target operating model and long-term business strategy
Key requirements
- Active SC & NPPV3 Clearance (used within last 6 months)
- Proven Infrastructure Architect experience in complex enterprise environments
- Strong cloud architecture across Azure, AWS, and/or GCP
- Experience delivering large-scale transformation, migration and modernisation programmes
- Solid understanding of networking, hosting, identity, storage, end-user computing, and platform services
- Expertise in resiliency, DR, high availability, business continuity, and secure-by-design principles
- Experience with infrastructure consolidation, platform rationalisation, automation, IaC, and cloud-native technologies
- Cloud architecture (Azure, AWS, GCP)
- Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC)
- Automation and cloud-native technologies
- Disaster recovery and high availability
- Platform service knowledge and infrastructure domains (networking, hosting, identity, storage, end-user computing)
