My client is looking for a Head of Procurement – FM to join their team at a vital period in their procurement journey.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading and managing the FM procurement categories for Hard FM, Soft FM, and Indirects.
- Delivering the Hard FM transformation, including supplier tendering, contracting, mobilisation, and embedding.
- Acting as the commercial authority for FM expenditure and supplier performance.
- Implementing and maintaining top-tier supplier performance management frameworks.
- Developing strategies that strike a balance between quality, safety, cost, and affordability.
- Driving behavioural and cultural changes regarding the organisation's partnership with the supply chain.
- Engaging with stakeholders at all levels, from operational managers to senior leadership teams.
- Leading and nurturing a small, high-performing procurement team.
