I’m currently partnering with a high growth, PE backed real estate business that has scaled rapidly through organic growth and acquisitions. They are looking to hire a Group Financial Accountant into the central finance team in London. This is a great opportunity for a technically strong ACA or ACCA qualified accountant to gain exposure to group reporting, acquisitions and technical accounting within a fast paced, private equity backed environment.
The role will involve:
- Preparing and filing statutory accounts for multiple UK subsidiaries
- Supporting corporation tax filings alongside external advisors
- Performing monthly balance sheet reviews and technical accounting analysis
- Supporting acquisitions including review of completion accounts and post deal accounting
- Assisting with the year end audit including purchase price accounting and fair value adjustments
- Driving improvements to finance systems and processes as the group continues to scale

- Experience preparing statutory accounts and working with auditors
- Comfortable operating in a fast paced, multi entity environment
- Strong Excel skills, experience with Sage Intacct or CaseWare advantageous
