An exciting 12-month contract with an Industry Leading UK Property Developer firm based in Central London. The Group Finance Manager will be managing 1 Financial Accountant and be required to lead on group reporting processes alongside the below.
Responsibilities- Prepare and oversee consolidated financial reports in line with accounting standards.
- Ensure compliance with all statutory reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with regional finance teams to gather and review financial data.
- Provide technical accounting guidance to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor and improve reporting processes and systems for efficiency.
- Collaborate with external auditors during the audit process.
