We’re partnering with a PE-backed multi-site international consumer business who are experiencing strong growth and ongoing transformation, that are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to manage their Italian entities from their London-based office. This is a highly visible role with ownership of the Italian finance function, offering strong exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to play a key role in an evolving, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of monthly management accounts, statutory reporting and audit processes for Italian entities
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting and cashflow / liquidity management, including regular reforecasts
  • Ensure compliance with local GAAP, IFRS and tax/VAT requirements, working with external advisors where needed
  • Oversee working capital, including AP/AR and payroll activities
  • Act as a key finance business partner to operational teams and central group finance
  • Support process improvements and ongoing integration / transformation initiatives

Key Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent)
  • Strong experience in month-end, statutory accounts and audit ownership
  • Demonstrated experience in budgeting, forecasting and cashflow management
  • Track record of business partnering and stakeholder management
  • Experience working in international and/or multi-entity environments
  • Fluent Italian and English (essential)
  • Experience within travel, tourism or TOMS VAT environments is advantageous but not essential
