My client is seeking a Director of Performance Analytics to build their first fully integrated performance reporting platform. Today, product, commercial, and finance teams all generate insights - but not a unified view. This role exists to create it. You will connect financial, operational, and CRM data into a single source of truth, own the KPI framework, and deliver automated dashboards that senior leaders rely on to run the business. The role is hands-on across SQL, cloud data platforms, Power BI, and modern analytics tooling.
What You’ll Do
- Build integrated data pipelines across finance systems, cloud data platforms, and CRM.
- Extend the unified data model with financial fact and dimension tables.
- Create joined-up views of customer, partner, and business-unit performance.
- Work with data engineering to enable natural-language analytics tools.
- Own the KPI framework and deliver executive-ready dashboards in Power BI.
- Implement automated KPI alerts and enable self-service analytics.
- Partner with FP&A, commercial finance, and analytics teams to align reporting.
