Are you passionate about supporting strategic transformation within the Higher Education sector? If so, this could be an exceptional opportunity for you to join at the start of an exciting, multi-year programme.

Investigo is thrilled to partner exclusively with a renowned London University, celebrated globally for its cultural influence in the Arts and Higher Education. • Champion Engagement: Plan and coordinate change activities, ensuring transformation is clearly understood, effectively communicated, and meaningfully supported at all levels.
  • Embed a Culture of Change: Foster adaptability, innovation, and resilience across the organisation, ensuring the long-term success of the move to a Target Operating Model (TOM).
  • Coordinate Alignments Across Teams: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including HR, Communications, Process Improvement and Service Design colleagues, along with Project Managers and Associate Directors, to sequence and deliver change in line with programme objectives.
  • Focus on People-Centred Delivery: Ensure the experience of staff and students remains a central priority throughout the programme, developing success criteria and managing expectations to facilitate smooth transitions.

  • Experience Leading Business Change: Proven track record in managing large-scale change programmes and enabling the adoption of new processes and operating models.
  • Stakeholder Engagement Expertise: Skilled at influencing, engaging, and managing relationships across diverse communities, with resilience and credibility in complex, multi-opinion environments.
  • Focus on People-Centred Change: Adept at embedding transformation in a way that supports staff and students, delivering outcomes that align with strategic objectives.
  • Collaboration and Communication Strengths: Experience working across different professional and academic teams to create shared understanding and buy-in.
  • Commitment to Excellence: Attention to detail in planning and execution, balancing swift delivery of critical outcomes with a long-term strategic vision.

This Programme team is just being built, so this is a really exciting opportunity to shape the future of one of London’s most influential academic institutions, and be there from the very beginning of the journey, laying the groundwork for a modernised, forward-thinking organisation that values creativity, innovation, and inclusivity. With this in mind, adaptability and collaboration will be vital.
