Duration - 12 month - Fixed term contract. Investigo are supporting a leading name in real estate that specialises in Commercial Property in their search for a Billing Coordinator. This role is the vital link between the business and tenants across a variety of leases. Situated within their London office you will be able to experience working with an exciting and talented finance team in London.
Key Responsibilities
- Invoicing clients and tenants on fixed rates, service charges and fees ensuring compliance with contracts.
- Setting and up managing direct debits.
- Reconciliation of invoices to the billing system.
- Assisting accounts team in management reporting with occupancy queries.
- Keeping customer accounts updated and communicating discrepancies in a professional and timely manner.
About You
- Previous experience in accounts receivable, sales ledger or billing ideally within a high-volume customer facing environment.
- Working knowledge and interest in the property sector is desirable, but not essential.
- Experience in using SAP or Salesforce would also be beneficial.
- Proven problem-solving ability whilst giving best in class customer service.
