Good morning LinkedIn, I am currently supporting a well-known Charity who are based in London. They are currently looking to further align Service Delivery, IT Governance and Products, there are two proposed Options that are designed to move the Charity forward to the Target Operating Model.
SKILLS

- REST APIs + scripting integrations
- Configuring webhooks for ITSM tools
