You will be joining a modern Law Firm as their Accounts Assistant on a full-time, permanent basis. Working in a close-knit team of 4 consisting of a Billing Clerk and a Legal Cashier, you will all be reporting directly into the Practice Manager. This role will be based 5 days a week in their luxurious Central London offices. There will be flexibility to work from home 1 day a week after 3 months with the business.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with raising client invoices in a timely and accurate manner
  • Allocating fee-earner time and costs
  • Maintaining the firm's Billing document
  • Assisting with mid-year and year-end financial processes
  • Supporting with reconciliations and reporting
  • Assisting with office expenses and drafting requests for funds on account
  • Posting disbursements and recharges
  • Contributing to continuous improvement of financial processes and documentation
  • Providing ad-hoc support to the wider team as required

Role Requirements:

  • Previous experience in an Accounts or Finance support role
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Clear, confident communicator with the ability to collaborate with colleagues at all levels

In Return:

You will receive an annual salary of up to £32,000 (depending on experience) + Study Support + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. You will be working for a fast-growing, modern and very prestigious Law Firm that can provide fantastic career progression opportunities in the future. You will be part of a close-knit, supportive and high-performing team who will be there to assist with your transition into the business from day one. You will be located in a great area of London, working in a new and luxurious office, close to multiple transport links and top attractions. Once you have been with the firm for 3 months, you will have the option to work from home for 1 day a week.
