This role gives you the chance to shape strategy, influence the business, and build a stronger security culture across the firm. Reporting into the Head of Strategic Planning & Governance, you’ll lead cyber security operations while helping drive the firm’s wider cyber resilience strategy. You’ll manage a small team of Cyber Security Analysts and play a key role across governance, vulnerability management, tooling, compliance, and security improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role with real visibility across the business.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading cyber initiatives across the business
  • Managing and mentoring Cyber Security Analysts
  • Driving vulnerability management and remediation
  • Working closely with the SOC to maintain 24/7 security coverage
  • Improving cyber processes, controls, and governance
  • Partnering with IT, Risk & Compliance, HR, and senior stakeholders
  • Delivering reporting and insight to leadership teams
