Senior Finance Analyst – Drive Strategic Change in a Fast-Paced Environment!

We’re looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to take ownership of our liquidity, cash generation, and working capital initiatives across the Group.
This isn’t just another treasury role.
You’ll play a pivotal role as a trusted business partner—collaborating across teams, challenging assumptions, and embedding financial accountability into decision‑making.
By providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure that managing cash remains a strategic company priority.
Your Key Responsibilities Include
- Owning and enhancing cashflow forecasts, including 13-week projections and long-term liquidity planning.
- Managing daily liquidity, cash positioning, and funding activities to optimise working capital.
- Supporting and strengthening banking relationships, lending facilities, and lender requests.
- Collaborating with Finance and Operational teams to drive transparency, accountability, and precision in forecasting.
- Delivering clear and actionable insights on liquidity, risks, and potential opportunities to senior leaders.
- Improving treasury governance, reporting, and systems to enhance cash generation strategies.
About You
- Extensive experience in either Treasury, FP&A, or Cashflow/Working Capital Management within multi-entity organisations.
- Expertise in cashflow forecasting, liquidity management, and working capital processes.
- Proven ability to confidently influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Advanced analytical and Excel skills with a strong attention to detail.
- A commercial mindset and the ability to balance competing priorities in a fast‑evolving environment.
