Investigo are recruiting an FP&A Manager to join a fast-growing, private equity–owned business in a commercially focused, high-impact role based in Leicester, Hybrid working. This is a true FP&A position, centred on planning, forecasting, financial modelling, and insight. There is no responsibility for statutory reporting, audit, or financial controls — the focus is on forward-looking analysis and decision support.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting cycles
- Building and maintaining financial models and scenario analysis
- Partnering with senior leaders to support commercial decision-making
- Delivering clear insight on performance, margins, and growth initiatives
- Supporting PE value-creation plans and board-level analysis
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or strong FP&A experience
- Background in FP&A or commercial finance within a fast-paced environment
- Strong modelling, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable challenging assumptions
- Experience in PE-backed businesses beneficial, but not essential
- High visibility role working closely with the senior leadership team
- Direct exposure to private equity investors and strategic initiatives
- Opportunity to make a real impact as the business scales
