The Role:
Investigo have been retained on an exclusive search campaign, on behalf of a long-term client who is looking for a Business Transformation Office Lead. This role is to be part of a brand new team who are dedicated to managing large/complex business transformation programmes of change across the entire organisation. Reporting to the Global Business Transformation Director you will help establish and form future operation structure for a rigorous, enterprise-wide transformation governance and portfolio management framework. You will ensure that the tiered programmes are correctly sized, prioritised, financially disciplined and delivered in a way that generates measurable, sustainable strategic/financial value aligned to the future business strategy/focus.
Selection Of Day to Day Duties:
- Shape and define the enterprise transformation portfolio
- Operate and evolve core governance forums
- Partner with group Finance to design and embed a rigorous benefit realisation and financial value capture framework
- Coordinate a disciplined portfolio intake and prioritisation
- Provide forward-looking portfolio oversight looking at future change, risks, constraints & benefit realisation performance to ensure correct & timely interventions
- Establish the global PMO standards and delivery controls for various levels of programmes
- Drive transparent performance and value reporting, as well as financial accountability
What are we looking for:
- Significant experience leading PMO or enterprise portfolio functions within complex environments (ideally financial services or similar regulated industries)
- Proven track record operating executive governance forums and supporting board-level decision-making
- Experience partnering with Finance departments on capital allocation and benefit tracking frameworks and managing Tier 1 complex transformation portfolios
- Deep understanding of Product Operating Model ways of working and Governance
- A background in enterprise portfolio management and PMO governance frameworks
