We’re searching for a proactive and analytical individual with 1-2 years of investment analyst experience, ideally within real estate or property. In this role, you’ll support key decision‑making on acquisitions, producing high‑quality market research, financial modelling, and executive‑ready briefing materials.
What you’ll do:
- Research market trends and transactions, presenting clear insights suitable for senior leadership.
- Draft concise Executive Committee papers on investment markets and opportunities.
- Attend meetings to support analysis and present investment proposals.
- Harness the latest AI tools to enhance screening processes and analysis.
- Prepare cashflow, equity, and portfolio models to underwrite real estate investments.
What we’re looking for:
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in an Investment Analyst role, with a background in real estate.
- Strong capabilities in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication skills, ability to communicate with Senior stakeholders.
- Experience utilising AI tools to improve reporting and analytics.
- An additional European language (desirable, not essential).
