Junior Finance Assistant 6 month FTC Hybrid working (2 days in the office) Luton£23,500 Key Responsibilities will include: Ensure all Cashiering related discrepancies are dealt with promptlyCheck, investigate, post corrections, balance and compile a reconciliation consolidated reportfor Credit Cards dailyPrepare and issue the Daily Revenue Report to all head of departments of the CompanyCheck if all Revenues have been posted to the correct Revenue StreamsAssist in generating journals in accounting system during month endCollect, chase and post suppliers’ invoices onto the system dailyProcess the cashbook transactions dailyPrepare the payment runs for purchase ledger on regular basis Key Skills Required: Numerate with a high level of detail and accuracy.
